Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method (IBAN bank account).
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at differentprecisionstudios@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange collection of the incorrect item.
